I have always needed a lot of movement in my life whereas society rather drives children in schools or adults at work away from moving. We are shifting all our concentration on improving our intelligence, our work efficiency, our cognitive abilities. However, we forget that body and mind are connected. Only a healthy body can ensure a healthy mind on the long term. Sports meant and means for me to become the person I am, to be a happier, healthier and more fulfilled person, to free myself.

I wish to support you on this way, to give you all the abilities you have to enjoy living in your body. I do not see sports as a tool to try to stick to certain beauty standards. You are beautiful and your body is beautiful. I want to show you how strong you are, what you are capable of, I want to support you on pain relief before you have to get the doctor‘s, I want to prepare you for the daily challenges, for a healthy and happy life. I want to show you how great it feels to move, to be strong, to have stamina.
