The access to the gym is keyless: In our booking confirmation and reminder email, you will find a link to manage your appointment. This is where will you find a button to open the door.
The access is enabled 15 minutes prior to your booking slot and valid for 90 minutes. Once you arrive at the gym, open the link we sent you in the confirmation and reminder email and tap on the Open door button. The entrance door is now unlocked for 5 seconds and you can push to open it. Missed it? Just open the link again and try again.
