Briefly about me - I am 27 years old, originally from a small town in the northeast of Brandenburg, but have been living in Berlin for six years now. Fitness has been omnipresent for me since my early teens. From football to athletics and sailing to canoe racing, my sporting interests have always been wide-ranging and that hasn't changed to this day.
Above all, it was canoe racing that got me excited about strength and endurance Training at the age of 14. The combination of both basic motor skills is still elementary today, not only for me personally, but also for my work as a certified fitness and personal trainer.
