I am a Yoga and Movement Teacher based in Berlin. Movement is my passion and a big part of my life. For the last 5 years I have done various training in the field of yoga, movement and dance.
My work is strongly influenced by working with the somatic intelligence of our bodies. Which means we go beyond the mind and really into the body in order to find out why we move a certain way, change the way we move in order to feel better, move through challenging situations with more ease and feel more energized in life. My style of teaching is modern. It incorporates movement, strength exercises, mobility as well as breath work into the yoga practice.
Most recently I have been studying in Bali with Tara Judelle (Embodied Flow & Somatics) and and do further studies with Patrick Beach (Awakening Yoga).
