I’m Patrick, a fitness coach and personal trainer from Berlin. My goal is simple: to help you stay healthy, mobile, and functional throughout your life.

My background in sports started with bouldering and bodyweight fitness - over 10 years ago I discovered a love for weight training and since use a mix of all these methods when designing programs for my clients.

Fitness has always been my passion and after a career as a professional saxophonist I studied sports science and now focus on coaching full-time. Having worked with hundreds of clients of all levels, I understand what it takes to help you move better, get stronger, and achieve your goals.
