My coaching is shaped by personal experience. I moved from an unhealthy, unstructured lifestyle to building a body that can handle ultra marathons and support demanding physical challenges. Through that process, I learned what truly matters in training, recovery, and long term progress.

I help people build a strong, resilient body that can handle training, stress, and everyday life with confidence. My focus is on creating a bulletproof engine through strength, endurance, and movement quality.

With a background in endurance and hybrid training and an A License in medical fitness training, I also support injury prevention and return to training after injury through structured, sustainable coaching.
