I was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, and my path has taken me across different countries, including extended time living in the United States and the Netherlands. During my twelve years of military service, I discovered yoga as a powerful way to cultivate balance, resilience, and inner steadiness amidst the demands of everyday life.
My approach is rooted in Hatha Raja Yoga, combining a disciplined physical practice with a thoughtful, introspective dimension. I have completed over 1,200 hours of yoga training, including a 700-hour certified Life of a Yogi teacher training in the Dharma Yoga lineage. I am currently continuing my studies toward the 1,000-hour certification under the guidance of Sri Dharma Mittra.
I am deeply influenced by both Sri Dharma Mittra and Thich Nhat Hanh, whose teachings have shaped my understanding of yoga as a path of mindfulness, compassion, and ethical living. As a dedicated vegan, I strive to embody these values both on and off the mat.
In my sessions, I integrate asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to create a balanced and sustainable practice. I encourage my students to move with awareness, respect their individual limits, and build strength, mobility, and mental clarity. My goal is to support not only physical progress but also a calm, focused, and resilient mind - making the practice both effective and deeply grounding.
