With my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy & Prevention and my qualification as a Physiotherapist, I combine in-depth training expertise with therapeutic experience. I identify the causes of pain or imbalances, develop individualized training programs, and guide you on your journey toward a strong, healthy, and aesthetic body – including targeted nutritional recommendations to further enhance your progress.
