My name is Irina, after experiencing burnout in 2014, I had to completely overhaul my life. It was in that moment of darkness that I realized how crucial mental and physical health is, and how closely intertwined they are. The desire for personal growth and the drive for holistic health knowledge led me to further my expertise in the field of functional neuroscience. Since discovering the application of functional neurology in sports and health, I have been continually fascinated by the incredible possibilities it offers for everyone.

As a Stress and Pain Coach specializing in Applied Neurology, I focus on reducing pain and stress while enhancing strength, mobility, cognitive functions, emotional regulation, concentration, and problem-solving skills through a holistic brain-based approach. I integrate sports and tailored neurological exercises to improve overall well-being and increase performance. Additionally, I specialize in working with individuals with neurological developmental disorders as ADHD, as well as neurological degenerative conditions as MS, helping to alleviate symptoms such as overwhelm, fatigue, and lack of focus. My goal is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives by optimizing their neurological health and resilience.
