Hello, my name is Anna and I have been teaching yoga for almost 10 years.
From my previous experience as a journalist, I try to integrate the creativity and meaningfulness, which was always very important to me, into my yoga classes.
It is also very important to me to offer the participants the space to feel and listen to themselves, to relax and to find the natural limits of their body.
I find it particularly fulfilling to work with women who are expecting a child or have already become parents.
Finding inner peace and resources is so important and sometimes difficult, especially during this time. But an inwardly balanced mother always has a positive effect on her child's well-being and inner need for security.
As a trained baby coach, I am also happy to help parents with specific, practical questions about caring for their newborn.
I am always looking for new experiences and open to new impressions (e.g. the yoga scriptures Bhagavad Gita or Vedanta which I am currently studying intensively) and yoga techniques.
My classes are not a static construct but individually adapted to the participants, adapted to their aura and designed for their well-being.
