Welcome to my profile, my name is Christin.

As a nutrition scientist, pilates teacher and massage therapist I thrive for a holistic approach to health and well-being.

With 10 years of experience, I view the body as a whole. In my trainings and massage treatments we'll figure out together what you need, how your body works on an anatomical level and how to best achieve your health and well-being goals.

Starting with Pilates in classical ballet training, it soon became my passion since it's so versatile and effective to every body, every level of training and every age.

With my studies in nutrition science I got to learn about the inner workings of the human organism and how to nurture it best for a healthy, functional body.

Working as a massage therapist completes the package and gave me a new perspective the anatomical structures.
